5 top songs released on Deluxe editions?
Would’ve thought Claudine & Loving Cup (drunk edition). Claudine, loved it on the bootlegs I had, but the studio version, for whatever reason falls flat, and for no reason I can pinpoint. Loving Cup, oh those weaving guitars! And that jarring edit!

Under the Radar
-beyond being a a nod to Child of the Moon, this song slinks and oozes out of the speakers
Do You Think I Really Care
-listening to this while strolling around Manhattan in the summertime, it totally fits the mood of NYC
No Spare Parts
-damn, the companion disc to the Some Girls Deluxe edition is so good, it could easily stand as it’s own separate release. And this song, so hardcore Stones country with the Western swing.
Tallahassee Lassie
-the band firing on all cylinders, reving it up and taking the sports car out for a spin. Time to lay down some rubber!
Pass the Wine
-understated with an airy mood. Such a relaxed groove.
Just missed the cut....
Plundered My Soul
-Mick Taylor reminding everyone why he is missed so much...his subtle touches on this song make it.
I Love You Too Much
A bouncy gritty rocker with a tinge of reggae...as only the Stones could do
Down in the Bottom (Totally Stripped, Paris)..if this one qualifies as a deluxe release then
it just missed the top 5 cut...or maybe not. Stripped, lean and mean can be no clearer than on this song...first time I heard it..it stopped me in my tracks.
