A few Gassers have had issues with that GHS thread, that is, it's the one thread that seems to be causing the most problems with posts not showing up (at this time anyway), yet as of now only 2 Gassers have had me post their replies for them in there. But the crazy thing is, in that one thread, I myself have had no issues at all. I posted 3 replies for others in there who couldn't get their replies to show, and for me when I tried posting for them, all 3 of their replies posted in the normal way the first time I tried posting them - and with no edits whatsoever made by me. Yet every other post or reply that I tried making in the last 2 days (around 10 posts/replies) won't post at all for me, so I had to make the reply post each time via the admin. Now the poll post I write up each week really shouldn't even count here, since I always have to be made that via the board's admin, since it's too long to begin with and past the text limit that the board accepts for a single post made. But that's suppose to happen in that matter and no big deal or issue, as I've been posting the poll post in that matter for about 10 years now.
I do wish there was a magic wand that I could use to get this issue fixed with, but majic ain't real of course. If I could just find the guy who made up this board for us back in 2000, I bet he could solve the problem in no time at all, since he knows classic ASP like the back of his hand, and all the coding that makes up the board was his work. But talk about a person who just disappeared and you can't ever find again. The 2 of us were best friends at one point many years ago and we knew each others families well enough, etc. Yet I can't even find his 2 kids who are grown now to contact them and find him thru them. Oh well, that happens sometimes, I just hope they are all doing okay. Who knows, in another year I might become hard to find myself once I end my work here at Gasx3, but that's not likely to happen, since other parts of the domain will still be up and working and if somebody needs to get ahold of me I shouldn't be hard to find t all. At least, that's how I'm planning things. I got no reason to hide from anybody, Ronnie!
