You obviously don't listen to Radio in the Philadelphia market SW. jokes aside You & Keno do make valid arguments. Friends of minesignal have it in their car and it would be a hard sell to me.
Manny, if you can pick up the signal on standard F.M at work, the source has to be damn close to you. You more than likely can see it.
