Ronnie and moddishness

Does his fashion sense actually suit the Stones? Sartorially he's a mod and while keith was occasionally moddish as well as punk he was never a mod in the sense of Small Faces Rod Stewart Paul Weller and Oasis. I think its difficult to be a mod and strongly blues influenced. Ronnie spent a whole heap of time playing glam rock with Rod Stewart. Small Faces were blues influenced but generally speaking mods arent. I still associate Ronnie and his lookalike Rod Stewart haircut with glam rock as much as the blues. Ronnie was definitely more ambiguous than MT or BJ had been.
