Boots are awesome, and they remain awesome in many cases even when the "official" release comes out. I still prefer the raw sound of Brussels and the Ladies and Gents boots to the officially cleaned up versions. They are thinner and less defined but they just have that really real live echo-quality, as if you're just back a bit in the crowd. That or it is just what I got used to first and so I can't adjust. That said, I couldn't make it through that version of Comm. Breakdown because it is just too sloppy.
