I might just pick up the book and yes lennon was the first person to grace the cover of rolling stone but i realised how great lennon was when he was alive.He did not need to die to be recognised as a stunning talent but those who lived through it all.And he certainly did not need a guy like wenner to prop up his historical memory.Lennon was a flawed man like we all are, still a good soul,but as ginger baker once said he was a brilliant guy.He was much bigger than jann wenner ever dreamed of becoming.
