Well just maybe you and JF are correct to a point, it is MJ afterall, and the silliest things bug him that most others could care less about. But Keith said it and I do believe he doesn't let what Keith states bug him in the way that if others said the same thing, that would for sure drive him mad coming from anybody else. If he let all the nasty things that Keith has said about him over all of the many years they have know each other, bug him, Mick would have died of a stroke years ago!
The Mom might also feel awkward?
Now come on, not at all! These are young women who are sleeping with men in their mid 70s and having their kids, and you can bet they wanted the kids by these old men for one reason - because they are clearly gold diggers. Gold diggers could care less and never feel awkward at all about anything they do. Does anybody really think that they all sleep with old men who are about to die of old age because they are turned on by their looks? They clearly do it for the money! Just look at Melania Trump, you can tell she can't stand her old man, but she had a kid with him because, well, look at all the money it got her! Just what she wanted, and to her it's worth that money even if it means living with a old, lying, cold jerk who messes around on her, in the way Trump does to her.
