HEDLEY / #MeToo

They are a fairly major Canadian Rock band,. although I know almost nothing of them. They are now having various companies parting ways with them, and having some satellite radio companies refusing to play them. All this due to allegations of sexual misconduct.

I am not saying that I know whether this all good or bad or right or wrong. But I do wonder what will happen if such reports surfaced about truly major bands and artists (sorry "Hedley" but you're a small time act)

Could you imagine a boycott of the Stones, the Who, Zeppelin, or Michael Jackson? All these bands/acts have had things written about them that could easily form the basis of a sexual misconduct allegation by some now seventy-something year old fan.

This is not going to stop, there will be many more of these to come.
