I have worried about dying if I were to fall and break a limb and not be able to get up or reach for a phone to call for an ambulance - I imagine that would be a long slow death. I'll probably have to move to an elderly people's home or an assisted living facility where people could keep an eye on me (though with all the abuse in those places, I really don't look forward to that). Having no family now, and no friends in the UK, I've had to take all sorts of things into consideration in case I were to die in an accident or be murdered.
I believe in reincarnation, so ending life prematurely either by suicide or euthanasia isn't an option for me as I believe that if I ended my life I'd have to relive it all, in exactly the same way again - since there'd be no escape, I make the best of this life, even though having sun and moon in the 12th house created an unwanted reclusive lifestyle which I did my utmost to change.
The grieving process takes many forms, and I have had many reluctant letting go's throughout my life, and I think that when the time comes for my final breath, letting go of my attachment to my body will be very easy.
