It's most impossible to make such a list as there are so many great songs. Unlike Led Zeppelin with their mere 88 songs in total, with the Stones you have 400+ songs! I have heard that the current number is about 373 songs, but I doubt this includes all songs in the category of outtakes, B-Sides, etc.
But again, you can't rank order high art. You cannot say the Mona Lisa is superior to the Vincent van Gogh's Starry Night. Both are high art. Thy may not defy comparison but hey defy rank ordering.
That said, whilst decrying its iniquitousness, I do enjoy rank ordering things.
