The guillotine was the most known, and it really looked like Alice lost his head when they did that one! Then there was the chicken getting killed when Alice threw it off stage into the audience. But that one wasn't an act at all. As Alice put it, the band was playing a show in Toronto I believe, and somebody mid-way thru the show threw a live chicken up on to the stage. Alice, being a city kid, knew nothing at all about chickens, so he threw it up in the air out towards the audience, thinking it would just fly away. Of course, chickens don't fly and the bird was torn to pieces by the frenzied crowd. The next day all of the newspapers in the U.S. and Canada wrote about Alice killing a chicken up on stage, but that wasn't what really happened.
