Mccartney and harrison both played lead on fixing a hole equally well.Both lennon and harrison played lead on and your bird van sing and these tracks were stunning.Harrisons lead on day tripper was stunning and lennon wrote this masterpice yet another example of genious on his part.Mccartney was a melodic stunning bass player but then harrison played oa mean bass on old brown shoe.Ringo certainly hit the drums hard and well on helter skelter,strawberry fields and tomorrow never knows.These random points i made just showcases how versitle and talented these guys were and they interchanged roles often.It was lennon doing that great lead playing on get back.And your right keno there were no official lennon harrison penned songs during the beatles years.But the only lennon harrison song i remember was commercially released on one of the anthologies,an instrumental called cry for a shadow.
