How do you post links??

I know I'm a computer dummy....

I was going to post a link to a thread below but after ages trying I plain gave up.

Keno's FAQ was ok but not enough for a dummy like me - I got the link working properly in a Word document but I couldn't copy it into the "Post Message" script to save my life.

Help?
