It could be as easy as it wasn't the 50th anniversary tour anymore, so it was back to business as usual... Mick, Keith, Charlie and Ronnie. I love Taylor, too, but he did quit the band and I guess they feel that they don't owe him anything.
Who really knows? Maybe Jagger felt that Taylor may have upstaged the rest of the band so that's why they limited him? I don't think it was money because I'm sure they were paying him a pittance. Maybe MT asked for more money and more songs? I'm pretty sure the Stones sent MT to "clean up a bit" in rehab before the tour. At least that's what I heard. Maybe he slipped back into some bad habits? One day it might come out
