Yes, it was Live Aid. Keith and Ronnie played with Dylan. I believe Dylan's guitar strings broke and Ronnie gave Bob HIS guitar to use. Mick... I can't remember but I THINK he played with Tina Turner? Honky Tonk Women, maybe? I gotta check You Tube.
I can't agree with you on the socialism thing, though. Many people bust their asses to climb the ladder of success: college, graduate school, hard work, etc. Some, especially here in New York City, just sit around on their asses all day looking for a hand out or system assistance. I can only speak on what I see in my neck of the woods and I see A LOT of LAZY ASS people who don't want to work. My tax dollars pay for their EBT cards and WIC cards. They sit around getting high and spitting out kids at an alarming rate, then have the city take care of them.
