One has to wonder about this guy. How/why could someone have so much hatred in their heart to go shoot all those people, who I doubt he knew even one. And it seems he had this planned out very well. And he carried all his bags (18) from the lobby up to his room. That should have made somebody suspicious. How did he get by running all those cameras in the hallway? A lot of questions we'll never know the answers to.
