Yes sir pluto i know you are not a particular gun person.And were not advocating that lennon should have carried one.There are more people killed by guns in the states in crimes of course excluding wars, than any other nation on earth i think, and its been this way for decades.And i know lennon wanted to be away from the constant glare of bodyguards who wouldnt?But he was not going to a million tiny reclusive towns out in the middle of nowhere to enjoy a somewhat private public life that he could have gone too.He was trying to go unnoticed in the biggest city in the world and i dont think he was very smart about this.
