I was going to say 'Hey Joe', I remember seeing him doing it on Jools Holland's show long time ago.
Yes, it's the only song by him that I really know, or at least remember. The other thing with that song, many covered it, but it was his take of it and his arrangement that Hendrix used when he recorded his cover a year or 2 later. He heard that take of it and liked it and recorded it. I was also thinking that Rose had another connection to Hendrix, were they in the same band at one time?, like maybe in Jimmy James and the Flames? Or maybe they both were playing together in Greenwich Village the night Chas Chandler saw Hendrix and brought Jimi over to the UK. It was around the same time that Rose left the U.S. for good and also ended up in the UK for the rest of his life.
