Did Dylan plagiarize his Nobel Acceptance Speech?

It is usually 45 mins but Dylans was just 27 minutes. He starts off with personal stuff and wonders how his lyrics could have been influenced by the classics he studied at school including Moby Dick. He then goes on a long and fairly irrelevant digression about MD which gets pretty boring. I have to admit Iended up not listening to the last part as the MD seemed strangely out of context. Now some bright spark says he lifted the stuff about Moby from Cliffs Notes on the Internet, an exam cramming site!
