In this case I agree entirely with Keno (about the ME). I think the administration did a good job recently by saying "We've talked enough about North Korea now and have no more to say. That nut there is just seeking publicity and I doubt he would use a nuclear weapon as it would certainly amount to suicide. But you never know, as he seems to be unbalanced. Ideally China should be the one to put real pressure on him as they are his only real ally and apparently account for 90% of external NK trade. It is a volatile situation that clearly could blow up at any time.
What about Afghanistan?
