My comment here is that I don't care about Yoko as a person or an influence. Who cares? She's irrelevant to me. But when it comes to music, ridiculing her cat-wailing and misguided art direction is not the same thing as just hating on her. She definitely deserves the former, not the latter. I tried at one point to like and pretend that what she did on the Rock and Roll Circus was "artsy" but I'm quite certain that its just crap, especially when you compare it to raga masters, which might seem to some like wailing too, but is really different. Yep, her musicality is severely lacking. And as an aside, while I admire her and Lennon's ideas and support for peace and love I think their antics were often naive and clumsy.
