Yep, leaving aside who was the better guitarist (to me it's a no-brainer) Ronnie is/was very good for the Stones in a non-musician capacity - right fit/personality & working as a go-between for MJ/KR. Without him greasing those cranky wheels they well may have fallen off.

Don't think I've seen the Rainbow concert but thanks for heads up as will give it a YouTubing
