RE: Gram's influence on the Stones, and others

Did he really influence those bands? I guess he had an influence on Kieth. Just curious. I'm ignorant on the topic.

Nashville Skyline is country, obviously, and the Stones had several country influenced songs. but Muswell Hillbillies? I love the album. I have not listened in a while, but I don't remember thinking it had a country sound. Same with Workingman's Dead (which I also like). I guess somewhat with Derek and the Dominoes. The Allmans, obviously, but was Gram an influence? Just asking. I have no clue.

Dead Flowers is one of my favorites. But I don't hear Mick channeling Gram.
