I would say Miss Amanda Jones would be like the 3rd most known song so I don't see the underrated part there.
It's the song I voted for! It's totally underrated to me, the band never plays it, radio stations never play it, so how could this great song not be underrated? Remember, the question isn't what song is most well known or unknown, it's what song is underrated.
I took Hot Child In The City which is in a dog fight right now (Don't let me down Nick).
I went with the other Nick Gilder sung song from when he was in Sweeney Todd, "Roxy Roller", as there isn't another song listed where a guy sounds more like a gal that is listed in the poll, it should win hands down, but won't. Unless you lived in Canada when it was released years ago, where it was #1, you more than likely don't know this song at all, or at least well enough to remember it. But it sounds totally like a woman singing it. IMO, no other song comes close to this one, yet it won't be picked as the top pick since most rock fans don't remember it.
