Back on the board after absence of about 10 years. I wrote two album reviews which are still on Dirty Work and Bigger Bang. Since that time a few things have become clear. I and a lot of other people grossly inflated the quality of A Bigger Bang--which is okay at best. Dirty Work still stands up and I still agree with what I said in my review. All post Dirty Work albums by the Stones are dodgy, but PRobably Voodoo Lounge is the best of an indifferent bunch--if only for the title track. Blue and Lonesome is pretty good because it's so unpretentious.
