Siriusxm satellite radio is playing a ton of Stones on it's Classic Vinyl station this entire week, as the station this week is being called "Desert Trip radio", and along with the Stones, a lot of Dylan, Who, Pink Floyd, Neil Young, and Paul McCartney. The thing that's cool is that their playing a lot of solo Stones, too, and the same deal applies to the other artists. Lots of rare live cuts, some I never heard before. That's all they are playing for the entire week, so it's sounds almost like their Deep Cuts channel, other then the artists are limited to who will be at the show, and they will also play regular songs from the artists you expect to hear on the radio. As far as the Stones go, you will get about 4 Stones related songs per hour, I've heard 2 songs from the Expensive Winos, can't remember the last time I heard them on the radio, come to think of it, I don't even hear them on Deep Cuts. So if you got SiriusXM, or if you're like me and got Dish (which carries SiriusXM), you might want to tune in. It's on Channel 26, or on 6026 on Dish.
