Hip-hop is basically violent poetry with dirty language and some simple music added in.
its pauls baby but i think lennon said he added acouple lines to it and some noises and sounds.
Actually that's where the Stones connection comes in to the song, as it was Brian Jones who added the sound effects to the song (and backing vocals). John played acoustic guitar and sang backing vocals on this one. There are several people singing backing vocals on this tune, including Ringo's wife.
