Well, I don't think age has anything to do with anything. If they want to have kids, why not. What's of utmost importance is that the child is loved - the length of time that a parent is with them is irrelevant IMO. Plenty people are damaged for life by having one or both parent despising their very existence from day one. Plenty people lose one or both parents early in their lives - longevity isn't a guarantee for anyone, my childhood friend who reconnected with me when I returned to the UK 30 years ago died at 46 leaving 6 year old twins - all sorts of things happen in life - the world is so upside down and inside out anyway, that if people feel they can be happy raising children at any age, then surely that's sufficient. From another perspective, it's the child's karma - and who are we to even begin to figure out our own karma let alone that of another.
