Why can't the government fund solar panels?
One of our 2 schools does have solar panels. But it's more than just the electricity costs. You got more water being used in a 5 day week, plus gassing up the school buses an extra day, and the overall extra wear and tear on school buildings when they are used 5 days a week. So while it's financial savings behind this, I think it's a good thing. Many business are now also doing the same thing, and most people prefer a 3 day weekend, so it ads to better metal health for people and children when they work or go to school less, as long as they are still getting done the needed work.
Plus, thanks to legal weed in Colorado, the first batch of that tax money goes to the schools. The only old broken down schools left in this state now are on the eastern plains, since most of that area still don't allow marijuana sales, therefore they don't get any of the tax money from the trade that the rest of Colorado sees. They are the true fools, to say the least!
