I was liberal in my business in only one way, well maybe 2 ways, in how I treated my employees. I had on average about 40 of them, depended on the time of the year, had more than that in the summer months and less in the winter time. But my people were all well paid, no minimum wage BS at all. Plus I was very close to my employees, hell, sometimes too close! My second wife was once a employee of mine, until I started to date her and when she moved in with me, well that was it for her working for me. But the opposite, conservative approach would be to pay your workers as little as possible, and never, ever fuck the help.
