It's really sad when you stop truly loving your best friend, soul-mate and partner for life. There's no hiding it because you both know each other more than anyone else knows you. When you start resenting the little things in life and you start feeling your stuck in a unhappy relationship, your better off going your separate ways. I've been with my girlfriend for just over 16 years and we take a lot of breaks and we still are crazy in love. The only tougher job than marriage is being married and raising children. We both have one daughter but from different marriages. When the subject of marriage dose come up, she politely just says lets not ruin the good thing we have going. Our children are grown and on their own. I'd be lost without her.
