N.W.A ain't hating on them. But Hip Hop simply isn't Rock and Roll. Beethoven, Dizzy Gillespie, and Hank Williams don't belong there either. Speaking of RNR HOF. Well it does. Seek out the all star jam version that was played at the induction ceremony. It was great! David Coverdale even took in a verse! It's airiing on HBO. I know you don't have HBO, but put on your radar. Some audience captures are floating on youtube. HBO will not allow any of their material to be on youtube. But you may find it on there for a short time before it gets yanked.
