I saw the news account of him. The anchor was talking about how he was the swing vote on so many issues that changed the course of laws and the American People. Then they flashed back to a clip of his confirmation hearing. He says he does not want to come in and effect or change any laws. WHAT?? That's all he did!! I don't get the GOP, they say they want the American People to have a voice in the choice. Well WE DO!! Our voice was elected 4 yrs ago, and he is our voice until he leaves office. This looks to be a LONG and STUPID battle... It's bad enough to go through an election year, now with this thrown in??!!??!!
