RE:What do you all think of Bing + different brows

Bing is a waste of time when Google is out there and much better.

My main browser that I use is Chrome, but as of now I'm a retired web builder who still works regularly on just one domain (guess which one!) I have every browser out there and use them all once in a while, like after I build a new web page so I know the page is okay on all the browsers out there.... I still use Opera once a week on Sunday nites when I write up the poll post and set the new polls, and I use Firefox when I need to check pages at my weather site, and also use IE for that same work, as I just switch off with the 2 when doing that. I also check Safari once in a while, too, since that's the choice of most people who live in my town and who use the weather station. For whatever reason Mac/Apple is still big where I live, more than half of the people here use that system. Then I also even still have the old Netscape browser, the last one put out, and yes once in a blue moon check it out, since believe it or not, some, but few, still use it.

What is very interesting is how IE is being deserted by most people these days, and not just on my domain. I do have stats on my server that shows who is using what browser, but there's a site out there than does the same thing for the entire web. Here at keno.org is what everybody used last month, by percentage: Google Chrome 31.6%, Safari 26.9%, Firefox 18.2%, Mozilla 14.4%, MS Internet Explorer 5.7%, Android browser (PDA/Phone browser) 1.2%, Unknown 0.8%, Opera 0.2%, IPhone (PDA/Phone browser) 0.1%, Samsung (PDA/Phone browser) 0.1%, and Others 0.3%. So yes, IE is dying here, too. Here is a link to that site I just noted where you can see how it is on the rest of the Net: http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/default.asp. When you get there, just click on the link to "Browser Statistics" that you'll see on the left side. But on that page they list all of the past years for every browser, so you can see just how much IE has lost, hell, especially since 2010 and before. They are under 10% everywhere today, not just here!

Oh well, it's 47 degrees here already and it's not even noon yet. I'm gonna publish next week's polls next, and then I'm out of there, it's waaaay to nice outside today, with another record high temp in the making, hell, we're almost there now and got several hours of sunshine ahead still.
