so is leaving out Metamorphosis and Flowers.

I can see the reasoning behind leaving Meta out. It's an album of outtakes that the Stones had no control over, produced without their consent. And half the songs on it are not Stones songs, but rather songs done by Mick & Keith and some studio musicians.

As for "Flowers", a number of the songs found on that album are also on the UK versions of "Aftermath" and "Buttons", which may explain why it was left off the list.
