I've seen many, shall we say "interesting" acts, open for the Stones but, in my opinion, The Pretenders and Sheryl Crow have been the best. The worst? Gotta be Kanye West. His act seemed to consist of him walking around the stage and yelling, "Kanye West is in the mutha fuckin house!" There were two teenage girls behind who were cheering for him. I turned around and asked them if they thought this was good music, and they both said Kanye was "great." I told them to stick around after that clown got off the stage and the Stones came on and they'd hear some "great" music. They did and, after the show, they thanked me and said they never really knew how good the Stones were...and how BAD Kanye was. They swore they'd never listen to him again.
