Thanks Gomper! I did not know such an interview had ever taken place. I read a couple of Thompson's books while in college, including, 'Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas'. Thompson wrote a bit about Stones music in that book, if I recall correctly, and at one point in the book he was flying down a desert highway in "The Great White Shark', while blasting 'Sympathy For The Devil' on the Caddy's radio. He was high as the summit of a Rocky Mountain too.

Between these two guys, if the conversation had ever turned to drugs, it might never have ended.
