I think people caved in to pay the bills. I left school, learned shorthand and typing and became a secretary - a few years at the British Film Industry, but mainly in the rock & roll industry - music publishers, special projects, management, agency, promotions, a variety of jobs, so I guess that side of my life caved in to the establishment .... I guess I was a weekend hippie - used to go to astrology meetings once or twice a week, became secretary to the council of the Astrological Association in 1972, almost became a professional astrologer when i got sick of office work, but ended up a counsellor, then a social worker, then a psychotherapist. Am now studying documentary making and also am creating a couple - one is a secret for now, the other will be on First Nation People in BC - and might end up linking in with the Pomo tribe near my N.California beach home because they've just been handed back a substantially large amount of land - including ooastline on Hwy 1. from a local farmer. They tend to keep themselves to themselves, but a friend of mine in the town who has taught shamanism goes there to use their sweat lodge. However, I make a living from the family business which I recreated a while back. I couldn't fit in with the establishment if I put loads of effort into it ..................................................................................... I wouldn't know HOW to cave in, Ronnie.
