Exile could have and should have been a triple album, as far as I'm concerned! In fact, the 2010 release basically IS one ha ha. Every song just goes together to form the unique feel...In fact, every album from Aftermath through about Goats Head Soup has its own utterly unique and singular sound, that was always quite different from what had just come before. Was any other band at the time (or any other time, for that matter) doing this with such superior effect, album to album?? I think not.
