Just noticed that you replied to another little snippet of mine Keno, the one about Wyman and the use of 'Disgusting'.....I'm not really sure why your 'the way Keith treats Brian is disgusting' is there in reply to that post, I didn't make any comment about the way Keith treats Brian, Brian didn't feature in that post. What I said was, that I felt Wyman's use of 'disgusting' was a poor choice of word in this instance.
I feel that Wyman was right to point out to the Council that their wording was perhaps not the best, but maybe that was all he needed to do. It would appear that the Council will change the wording from 'went on to form' to something like 'went on to become part of', which should keep everyone happy you would think. To me it's no big deal, and from the way I read the interview with Richards, it's no big deal to him either, he added a bit of humour with his 'statue' remark. I think the only thing that irked Jagger, was the fact that Wyman saw fit to go public with his 'disgusting' comment.It was a bit silly. It wasn't the only silly thing Wyman said in connection with the plaque. The bold Bill remarked that they (the Council) should have put up a plaque to Brian Jones. Now why Dartford Council should put up a plaque to Brian Jones in Dartford railway station is beyond me, and I would think most people.
So that's it, Brian Jones didn't feature in that post of mine.
