Keno as I mentioned in my first post Brian had a driver that was almost killed by Frank in the weeks after Brian's death, this is part of the police records not anything made up by Terry or anyone else.
Yes, I read about this years ago, somewhere in some book, so it's old news. But I'm willing to bet the entire story has holes in it. First, no cars ever left BJ's house that night, none, so the story that Joan heard Brian arguing at 9pm and then left, is BS. Perhaps she heard them arguing on another night, but Joan wasn't there at 9pm on that night.
Also, Frank goes out of his way to make sure that only his story is told to the police by threatening to kill the only 2 other people there that night if they say otherwise, yet he calls Joan that same night and tells Joan, who dumped him, the true story? That would be a great way to win back somebody who you love.... by telling them that you just killed the person's employer. Plus at what time that night did he find time to call her? The cops did detain him that night and were still there until dawn the next day. He couldn't have called anybody until that next afternoon at the soonest. You don't really believe that story now, do you? It's clear the cops didn't, anyway.
