Yes I'm certain his first name is mentioned, and also his exact very high ranking position. Both have slipped my mind but I will look it up as I plan to read the documents closely again in next few days. They did not say if he has died or not. I assume so.
Keno as I mentioned in my first post Brian had a driver that was almost killed by Frank in the weeks after Brian's death, this is part of the police records not anything made up by Terry or anyone else.
I'll repeat her story that she has told the cops both in 1969 and 1994 a little more in depth
Brian's driver Joan Fitzsimmons had been dating Frank in the recent past. Her story to the cops was she left at 9 on July 2nd and as she left Brian and Frank were arguing. Joan had left Frank for a young middle eastern man (I cannot spell his name out without the book in front of me) a month or so earlier, something which Brian made fun of Frank for.
According to Joan, Brian even pushed Frank in the pool once when Frank was yelling at the younger man over taking Joan away.
Anyway Frank, apparently still in love with her, and panicked call her and confessed to Joan late that night that he killed Brian. In subsequent weeks she was very loose lipped about Frank's confession intimating (somewhat bullshittingly) that he would go to the press. Tom and Frank found out about her half hearted threat. Soon after Frank chased her through the streets one night and she was saved only by reaching her family home. The cops tied it into Brian's death and the fact that he feared she was going to go the press or the police about it. Again the charge against Frank was swiftly dropped with help from the Keylock brothers.
A few weeks later she was beaten to near death. She was injured to the point where she was disfigured and blinded for life by her enraged Arab boyfriend. Police records show Frank called the young man who he knew was unstable and said he was sleeping with her again. Something which was very false as she feared for her life. Again somehow Frank got out the situation scott free. The photo of her before and after in the book is like a horror movie, just horrible.
So basically after not being able to threaten her personally Frank made the Arab boyfriend snap compleltely. If it was meant to shut her up, it didn't work, but still nothing happened to him at all. This despite his own attempted attack only days earlier.
