mikeeder, I probably won't be reading any more books on the tragic death of Brian Jones having read enough pap already to see me through this lifetime, so if you think I'm wasting your time feel free to say. Thing is though, I'm interested in what you have relayed about Keylock having a high ranking relative in the Metropolitan police. Is this person named in the book? Does the book say if this person is alive or dead?

It seems to me that what we are being asked to believe is, that Keylock had a relative of high enough rank in the Metropolitan force, that they were able to exert influence on(lean on, pressurise) an investigation being carried out by a totally different police authority. That might not be impossible, but it does seem unlikely,even allowing for police corruption.Nobody likes the Met, least of all, other police forces.
