Ok maybe it sounds and looks slightly better, but this is a shit release. Where do I start. Ok we just get the original TV special, no bonus songs, no commentary, no bonus footage of additional songs (three of which have been on all recent Euro and Japanese releases), or contempoary footage, zip, ziltch, nada.

This is a bare bones release. hTey could have put the entire concert on the blu ray at least as a audio only function. I mean a blu ray has so much compacity and they put a paltry hour of footage. It shouldn't cost more than $5 they way they did this.

The notes are also pretty insulting to Brian, which shouldn't be surprising being that this is a Mick and Keith special. He's refered to as their former guitarist, and there isn't one photo. Keith takes credit for the Johnny Winter song getting played because he bought the album the month before. This is bull, the song was played because it was one of Brian's current favorites.

Of course there is no seperate LP/CD of the concert coming out this time either. FILE UNDER JUNK and get yourself a foriegn copy with the bonus songs. VLC media player is free and plays all regions on your cpu. If you would rather watch on your TV (which I always prefer)Most DVD players have a simple access code to play all regions. All you have to do is look up your model online. Sorry to burst your bubble but this is really a bad one.
