There is paper work to back some of this up.

All I can say is check the book out. If Terry doesn't do for you, I think Paul Spendell's work will really make you stop in your tracks at least once or twice. There is a boatload of paperwork he uncovered that is very convincing to say the least.

That Frank Killed Brian is not being questioned, and and on Terry's end a lot of gueswork is still there. However Paul Spendel's work is a lot more credible and what he brings to this edition is what makes it fascinating and factual (in parts).

Paul did a lot of new interviews with people working at Cotchford, and through many requests unlocked a lot of previously confidential paperwork on Brian's death.

Now I would like to see the documentary for more proof and see some of the video they captuered of Tom and hear audio of some of the other intervciews for proof, but many things in the new book which we have 1969 paperwork to back it up.

Here are the five most provable new facts

1. Tom Keylock had a brother very high up on the police force whose department ordered the murder investigation closed before it could began.

2. Frank was indeed going to be charged with murder. Suddenly it was dropped.

3. There is the brutal beating of Frank's ex Joan who was Brian's driver. Again files show police connected it to Frank and the Brian case. Again it was suddenly dropped.

4. Keith Richards (not the crazy one of today but the thoughful 1971 Keith) said in Rolling Stone there was a party and that Tom got rid of people. Spendell got people to talk who were there. I never thought anyone was there but the other three either but this book finally convinces that at least a few builders were around. It could have been a very small party but there were witnesses.

5. Tom was Janet's boyfriend and she had his child. Again records are provided to prove this. He admited that the only reasen he said he wasn't there was because he never wanted his wife to know. He came clean shortly before his death and paperwork (about the child) again backs this up.

Janet did an interview for the book where she says she and Tom where alone in Frank's loft when Brian died, her story did change. She also said she witness Frank drugging a meat pie and making hash cakes that day. Tom says nobody found hash in Brian's blood because the police were too provincal to test for it. The police did find some of Brian's pills on Frank and were going to arrest him for possesion, this was suddenly dropped as well. Again paperwork exists for all of this.
