I mean of course Elvis died anyhow, but not by some crazed attack. However I would say that part of the reason he took the drugs was because he couldn't walk outside his gate. It will make you seek some sort of escape.
Elvis did drugs for other reasons, too.... He had the very same problem Michael Jackson had, not being able to sleep and taking way to many different meds for it. Then he was in pain for other problems too, and he took more meds for that and, it lead to his death, even if he actually died from being constipated, which brought on a heart attach as he sat on the toilet and tried to go but couldn't. But the reason he was so constipated, was because of the drugs he was taking, which directly will do that to your body after you take them for so long (plus the junk food he ate all the time didn't help him, either).
