Another stupid thing he did, which I ran into on Youtube by accident one day, so I'm not sure how long ago this took place, but he and his crew were about to have Pete Townsend on the show and Pete was waiting in the green room to come on. And his crew starts to talk over the air on what they should ask him when he cones in, and I think it was Robin who says, "should we ask him about the child porn sex chargers that were made against him?" This was long after all of that was settled, and instead of Howard saying "no", they start to discuss it and somebody (I can't recall if it was Howard or not) says 'he claims he was just doing research on the subject when he got caught", and then another person (maybe Howard?) says, "Yeah, that's what all child sex perverts say after they get caught with that stuff". Next thing you known, they find out that Pete walked out of the studio, and Howard could not understand why, then in comes Rodger Daltrey, who I guess was also there, and Rodger is blasting Howard for what he said, but Howard was acting like he did nothing wrong and claiming he didn't say anything. I mean, he at the least, knowing that Peter was in the next room, not allowed that talk to take place on the air. Talk with your crew about what you will ask somebody off the air! The case against Pete had been closed long ago and he was cleared, so you don't talk about it anymore unless Pete brings it up himself.
