I just knew you got hung up in that highway clusterfuck. It took us an hour extra to get to the hotel.
I went out of town ending with the Orlando gig so I did not take the time to give my thoughts on Arlington or Orlando.
There is no way one can exaggerate how incredible this band is, taking in consideration the age or not.
As always over all these years I stand in complete awe of Mick. Arlington was probably the most lame crowd I've ever experienced. Orlando was much better. They seemed to feed off Mick as the gig went on.
Spoke to someone who was a virgin at age 52. He made the mistake with me once I get started talking about the Stones and all that has happened via the internet these past 16 years I can't stop.
Just before the lights went down I told him and his wife the bottom line is you are going to experience something incredible.
When the lights went up after, he shook my hand and said it was even better than he could have ever imagined. I love it when a virgin gets their rocks off.
Now it's on to Buffalo for one hell of a weekend.
