I got zero problems with no PIB on the UK version. PIB is another one of those singles that you get on several collections, and gets played on the radio - especially satellite - tons of times. The beauty of the UK - and really original - version, is that you get the full blast of the coming out party of the J/R writing partnership. Two and half solid years of sitting in hotel rooms, writing songs, gave them a chance to get their chops together.
The one thing about Aftermath that makes it a CLASSIC, is that, in the words of one reviewer, it's the first time where the band shows that 'that maybe they don't care about the fame, the fans, all the dopey chicks....and possibly themselves." And to get that feeling, you really need to hear the UK version.
