Except for the nefarious gobbledegook regarding Duane Allman and the '"Skydog" vs. "scarred old" slaver' lyrics, (which is utterly ridiculous), here is, at the least, another fun piece of foreplay leading up to the explosive release that will happen next week!

This time it is all about Muscle Shoals and Brown Sugar. If it is real, I love the image of the invoice from Muscle Shoals, dated Dec. 4, 1969. It reminds me that droll, day-to-day business machinations were indeed a part of the magic-making that I sometimes take for granted, all these years later.
